Mr. Patrick Nutor, Thank you for your passion for improving the lives of women and girls worldwide. In 2003 the Liberia Crisis Center was established, an organization whose goal is to empower women and children in then War- Torn Liberia, West Africa.
For this endeavor, our founder, Mrs. Beverly Goll Yekeson had the encouragement of both her husband and a few of her best friends, in particular Mr. Patrick Nutor.
Mr. Nutor’s love for Marathon Running ran through the kindness of his heart and inspired some of the following Liberia Crisis Center’s works:
1. #1BillionRising-One Billion Rising Running Event;
2. The 2011: 300 Miles Peace Run- From Buutuo, Nimba to Monrovia, Liberia; and
3. 540 Young Men Trained on Healthy Relationships
At this sad time, the Liberia Crisis Center extends our heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the Nutor’s family, Rotarians, and host of other relatives and friends, we mourn his passing, but cherish the time he had on this earth.
May his soul rest in perfect peace, and May light perpetual shine upon him.
Thanks for your services to humanity!
